About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer Expert to join our team and work directly with customers on challenging business problems. In this role, you will apply advanced machine learning and data science techniques to develop rapid prototypes, deliver business value, and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI. You will work across customer projects, strategic product development, and research initiatives making a real-world impact from day one.

This position is ideal for a seasoned AI professional with a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and a passion for bridging research innovation with practical business applications. In this position, you will work on cutting-edge AI projects with direct customer impact.

What You’ll Do

Collaborating with product & engineering leaders, executives, customers and other senior stakeholders, you will plan, direct, and deliver prototype and production grade AI solutions for strategic business problems.

• Mathematical Modeling & Algorithm Design
• Translate complex business problems into mathematical or computational models.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and data mining workflows
• Rapid Prototyping & Customer Engagement
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver proof-of-concept as well as production-grade AI solutions
• Build, integrate, and test AI-driven prototypes and applications for real-world use cases
• AI Development & Research
• Support internal teams by designing and implementing novel machine learning algorithms
• Apply recent research breakthroughs to practical problems to create measurable business value
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system scalability, performance, and explainability
• Communication & Collaboration
• Clearly communicate complex results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Visualize and document findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to drive AI adoption

What You Bring

• Education & Experience
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI research (industry, research lab, or advanced academic projects)
• Technical Skills
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, data mining, and/or optimization
• Proficiency with Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Extensive experience working with real-world datasets, data preprocessing, and model deployment
• Expertise working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Core Competencies
• Ability to translate abstract business challenges into concrete AI solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical modeling skills

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) expert(e) en apprentissage automatique hautement motivé(e). Il ou elle rejoindra notre équipe et travaillera directement avec les clients pour résoudre des problèmes compliqués. À ce poste, vous appliquerez des techniques avancées en matière d’apprentissage automatique et de science des données, pour développer des prototypes rapidement, générer de la valeur et repousser les limites du possible avec l’IA. Vous interviendrez sur les divers projets clients, le développement de produits stratégiques et des initiatives de recherche aboutissant à des résultats concrets dès le jour 1.

Le candidat idéal sera un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) dans l’IA, ayant des acquis techniques solides, le sens des affaires et un fort désir de rapprocher innovation théorique et applications pratiques. Votre rôle

En collaboration avec les responsables produits et ingénierie, les cadres dirigeants, les clients et d’autres parties prenantes haut placés, vous planifierez, dirigerez et livrerez des solutions d’IA aux stades du prototypage et de la production pour résoudre des problèmes stratégiques.

• Modélisation mathématique et conception d’algorithmes
• Créer des modèles mathématiques ou de calcul en réponse à des problèmes complexes
• Concevoir, implémenter et optimiser des algorithmes d’apprentissage automatique et des flux d’exploration des données
• Prototypage rapide et relations avec les clients
• Collaborer directement avec les clients pour comprendre les besoins, définir les exigences et présenter des démonstrations de faisabilité ainsi que des solutions d’IA au stade de la production
• Créer, intégrer et tester des prototypes et applications pilotés par l’IA pour des cas d’utilisation concrets
• Développement de l’IA et recherches connexes
• Aider les équipes internes à concevoir et implémenter des algorithmes d’apprentissage automatique novateurs
• Appliquer les récentes découvertes à des problèmes pratiques afin de créer une valeur mesurable
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue en ce qui concerne l’évolutivité, la performance et l’explicabilité des systèmes
• Collaboration et communication

• Solide expérience en apprentissage automatique, apprentissage profond, exploration des données et/ou optimisation
• Maîtrise de Python et des bibliothèques d’apprentissage automatique (par exemple, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Vaste expérience de travail avec des jeux de données réels, le pré-traitement des données et le déploiement de modèles
