Accounts Payable Associate (limited full-time)

What you'll build

- Posting of incoming vendor invoices
- Vendor accounts maintenance
- Maintenance of general ledger accounts

- Running internal control to ensure SOX compliance
- Conduction of monthly account closing procedures for accounts payable
- Responses to client queries (internal and external)

- Contact with vendors via email and ticketing system
- Close cooperation and communication with internal customers and SAP subsidiaries

What you bring

- Strong English skills
- Written and spoken Spanish or Portuguese would be a plus, but is not a mandatory requirement
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

- Certificate of secondary education at the minimum
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable is an advantage
- Responsiveness, customer-orientation, a proactive approach

- Timely and accurate fulfillment of various tasks
- Ability to work in international teams and environment

Where you belong

You will join a highly professional finance team responsible for Accounts Payable operations across EMEA South, including Spain and Portugal. The team consists of 13 experienced professionals representing a diverse range of countries and cultural backgrounds. To ensure efficient and seamless operations, the team is organized into dedicated sub-teams, each supported by an assigned coordinator and a structured backup system.
