職務内容

コンカーソリューションをご利用いただいている企業様に対し、コンカーを満足に使い倒していただくということをミッションとして、プロアクティブにお客様を支援していきます。

チームにて500社以上の顧客を担当し、面でカバレッジしながら、コンカーの活用促進、ハッピーカスタマーへ導くことが主な職務内容となります。各社の利用データを元にしたプロアクティブな個社対応をはじめとし、面でのカバレッジを行う上でデジタルによるアプローチやイベント企画・実施、またお客様向けポータルサイトの利用促進等、マルチタスクとバランスが求められます。
日常的に他部署との連携も多く、枠にとらわれず、新たな事へチャレンジするマインドを大事としております。

担当顧客 :大企業30~40社程度/人、中堅企業70社程度/人、中小企業 500社程度
評価指標 :日々の活動目標(KPI)に応じた年間評価
参考 2024年のKPI
新たなオポチュニティの創出/利用率向上施策の推進/イベント・引き合わせ件数/オペレーション効率化貢献など

応募資格

【必須】

・IT業界において以下①~④のいずれかを満たしていること

①法人営業経験(3年程度)
②インサイドセールス経験(3年程度)
③PMとしてのプロジェクトマネジメント経験(3年程度)
④テクニカルサポート等の顧客応対経験(3年程度)
・チームワークを大切にし、物事を遂行できる方

・社内外のコミュニケーション能力が高い方

・TOEICスコア600以上(応相談)※読み書きは必須、会話可能であれば尚可

キャッチアップ体制(一人立ちまでの流れ、期間)

入社1か月間:社内業務習得や定例会参加でのOJT活動
2か月以降:企業担当として定例会資料作成や電子帳簿保存法対応の説明、見積書作成など
適応状況に応じて上長判断にて、通常の業務に従事いただきます。
