Summary:

The Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Support Analyst will play a critical role in supporting supplier performance, risk management and resilience across global procurement. Your focus will be on executing SRM processes that ensure suppliers meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and business continuity requirements while enabling data-driven insights for improvement.

You will monitor and analyse supplier performance, prepare scorecards and surveys, and maintain accurate segmentation data to support governance and strategic reviews. A key part of your role will be providing inputs for risk assessments, performance reviews, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for stakeholders. By collaborating with procurement teams and business partners, you will help drive supplier improvement initiatives that enhance service, quality and long-term value.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and refresh supplier segmentation data aligned to category strategies and business priorities
  • Prepare for and coordinate supplier performance reviews, including scorecards, KPIs, and governance packs
  • Track and report supplier performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities to provide actionable insights and recommendations which drive supplier performance enhancement and value creation
  • Coordinate and facilitate supplier engagement routines, including preparing governance packs, agendas, and performance review materials
  • Ensure accurate documentation of outcomes, track improvement actions to closure and proactively follow up with stakeholders to maintain accountability and progress
  • Monitor compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Category teams to align activities with strategic objectives
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance supplier collaboration and value creation.

Position requirements:

  • +3 years of experience procurement, supplier management or supply chain operations
  • Hands-on experience with supplier performance monitoring and stakeholder management including supplier evaluation and contract management
  • Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry
  • Exposure to supplier segmentation frameworks and governance routines
  • Familiarity with risk assessment inputs and supporting issue resolution processes.
  • Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others.
  • Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives
