We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, self-confident, creative, persistent, and comfortable working with systems and data.

What you will be doing?
Support the development and deployment of the Quality Capability, Data and Reporting strategy.
Support the development and implementation of learning solutions to improve capability in the skills aligned to Quality. To include developing and delivering learning solutions through platforms such as MyLeatro powered by Sana.
Perform data analytics and implement reports through Power BI and AI / MC learning to provide insight that can be acted upon to improve the Quality of delivered product and services.
Perform evaluation of the Operating System (process, culture & leadership, governance & risk etc …) to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
Perform problem containment and resolution, to minimise impact and to ensure corrective and preventative actions are completed and verified in a timely manner.
Create and deliver a communication plan, to include managing the Quality function communication plan and organising learning and engagement events.

Prior experience in a Quality role is preferable but not essential
