About the Role

Working closely with the Central Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation, coordinating communications, maintaining key business information, supporting operational priorities and ensuring our practice teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.

The role offers a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover) and hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Acting as a key point of contact for Field and Operations teams
  • Managing operational trackers, calendars and central information sources
  • Producing and distributing communications, briefings and updates
  • Supporting the delivery of operational projects and business initiatives
  • Maintaining strong relationships across Vets for Pets, Retail and Support Office teams
  • Helping to create a positive colleague experience, championing wellbeing and engagement

About You

  • Highly organised administrator with excellent planning and prioritisation skills
Apply
Confident communicator who can build relationships across a diverse business
  • Someone customer and colleague-focused, with a passion for great service
  • A proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong influencing, listening and problem-solving skills
  • Why join us?

You'll be part of a business that's passionate about pets, people and purpose. You'll work with supportive colleagues, make a real impact on our practice teams and help shape the smooth running of one of the UK's leading veterinary businesses.

If you thrive on organisation, collaboration and making a difference behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

Pets just see people. They aren’t biased and they don’t discriminate. We take our inspiration from pets, and we value and respect difference in all its forms. Our aim is to reflect the diversity of the communities we operate in, and every colleague can help us achieve this. We encourage our people to be themselves so even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly align, if you think you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we want to hear from you!
