- Be a part of an evolving testing team with our pricing department
- Hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% based in Stratford‑upon‑Avon
About the role
We’re seeking a Pricing Testing Analyst to ensure accurate delivery, robust testing, and clear governance of pricing changes across Personal Lines products. You’ll use automated tools (such as Ready API) to implement and validate pricing changes, investigate issues, analyse outcomes, and communicate findings clearly. You will contribute to improving testing approaches, automation capability, and support wider change initiatives. All documentation and evidence should be maintained in line with audit requirements, and you’ll represent the team in meetings as needed.
You are analytical and detail-focused, with experience in testing, analysis, or implementation in a technical or data-driven environment. Familiarity with automation tools and SQL/data querying is beneficial, but not essential, training will be provided. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, confidence collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues, and a commitment to governance and audit standards.
About you
You’ll be a confident, analytical professional who enjoys problem‑solving, improving processes and working with data. You don’t need to be an expert in our specific tools on day one, but you do need strong analytical capability, technical curiosity and the confidence to lead conversations across teams.
You will also have: (essentials)
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem‑solving
- Experience of testing, analysis or implementation activity in a technical or data‑driven environment
- An interest in, or exposure to, automation tools (e.g. Radar, Ready API or similar transferable tools)
- Basic to good SQL or data querying skills to support analysis and investigation
- Confidence working with Pricing, IT and Development teams
- Good attention to detail, particularly where governance and audit evidence is required
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical colleagues
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A collaborative approach to teamwork
- A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
You’ll be joining at an exciting time as the team evolves and implements new processes and best practices.
