- Hybrid working with up to 20% homeworking and 80% at Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon
About the role
As a Facilities Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality facilities services across the NFU Mutual corporate property estate. Working within our Facilities Management function, you’ll ensure buildings are safe, compliant and operating effectively, while delivering excellent service to internal customers.
You’ll oversee both planned and reactive maintenance activities, working closely with contractors and in-house teams to ensure services meet agreed standards and provide value for money. You’ll monitor contract performance, manage supplier relationships and support tendering and mobilisation of new service contracts.
A key part of your role will be identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve service delivery. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business including Property Helpdesk, Health & Safety, Risk and regional teams, helping to shape proactive solutions that support business continuity and customer outcomes.
Alongside operational delivery, you’ll contribute to financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring robust cost control and alignment with internal processes. You’ll also support wider projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the function. In addition you will also manage, coach and mentor two direct reports.
This role is based at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon, with a blend of office and homeworking to support a positive work-life balance.

About you
You’ll bring strong experience within facilities management, with a focus on delivering high-quality services in a corporate or multi-site environment. You enjoy working collaboratively, building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, and take a proactive approach to improving processes and outcomes.
To join our team, you’ll also have:
- Experience managing facilities contracts, including procurement, tendering and supplier performance
- Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services, including statutory compliance and health & safety requirements
- Confidence managing stakeholders and communicating effectively across different teams
- Experience supporting or leading teams, with the ability to coach and develop others
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage budgets, priorities and competing demands
A NEBOSH or IOSH qualification and membership (or working towards) of a relevant professional body such as IWFM would be beneficial, along with a full driving licence which is essential.
