About the role
At NFU Mutual, this Customer Analytics Consultant role sits within the Marketing and Digital business area and plays a key part in helping the organisation better understand its customers. You’ll work with management and stakeholders across the business to uncover insights into customer needs, behaviours and experiences, using this to enhance customer strategies.
You’ll combine strong technical capability with a consultative approach, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable informed decision making. Your work will focus on key customer areas such as product performance, customer experience, retention, channel behaviour and customer journeys.
In this role, you’ll develop and deliver high quality analysis, build and maintain dashboards that enable self-serve access to insights, and ensure outputs are accurate and aligned to agreed standards. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that add measurable value.
You’ll also support data quality and governance activities, contributing to robust processes and ensuring outputs meet regulatory expectations. Working alongside data specialists, you’ll contribute to activities such as testing and continuous improvement as part of a changing data landscape.

You’re an experienced analytics professional who can turn data into clear, meaningful insight and confidently work with stakeholders to influence decisions.

- Strong SQL skills and experience manipulating and analysing data
- Experience using data visualisation tools to create dashboards and present insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Experience working in a consultative way to understand requirements and deliver value driven solutions
