Key Job Descriptions- Senior HSE and Safeguard Officer (Hendra Kelana):

  • Conduct spot checks on A3 construction activities to ensure compliance with HSE and Social Safeguard requirements.
  • Report any non‑conformance to the PMC and ensure the contractor addresses and corrects the issue.
  • Escalate unresolved or significant non‑conformance cases to the Project Coordinator or Team Leader.
  • Provide written feedback on findings using the agreed template.
  • Prepare and develop reports on HSE and Social Safeguard performance.
  • Attend meetings organised by the client and relevant stakeholders

Deliverables:

  • Weekly spot check report
  • Bi-weekly progress report
  • Monthly progress update
