Your Opportunity

Due to strong growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, Mott MacDonald's Risk and Assurance team has an exciting opening for a Risk and Assurance Advisor in the Brisbane or Adelaide office. You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia. In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Understanding and applying relevant risk analysis tools & techniques (Safran, Primavera Risk Analysis and @Risk), including:

• Risk identification techniques (e.g., bow-tie analysis)

• Preparation of rationale for cost and schedule consequence ranges

• Working with Schedulers, Cost Engineers, Project Managers and Estimators to accurately quantify cost and schedule ranges.

• Preparing quantitative modelling methodologies to optimise model inputs

• Running quantitative models and providing interpretive reports to enable informed and evidence-based decision-making

• Workshop facilitation support

• Delivering quality reports and outputs

About You

Desirable Experience

• Relevant tertiary or vocational qualifications and working towards chartership

• Experience in Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA) using specialist risk software (e.g., Safran, Primavera Risk Analysis and @Risk)

• Experience in a project environment providing technical and project risk management knowledge and judgement to enable project decision making. Ability to lead small sized engagements. Ideally with exposure to defence industry projects.
