About the role

At Mott MacDonald, we are committed to shaping the next generation of leaders through our Graduate Development Framework (Early Career Professionals – ECP). We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer Graduate to contribute to the delivery of key projects across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities are listed but not limited to:

Under the guidance of a Project Manager, you will:

  • Apply fundamental engineering principles and codes in real-world assignments
  • Assist with preliminary design options and technical evaluations
  • Support the preparation of design deliverables and drawings
  • Attend design coordination meetings and document minutes
  • Contribute to monthly progress reports and change control management
  • Liaise with authorities and stakeholders for project approvals
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Manager.

Candidate specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership of your career development
  • Adaptable and flexible in working styles and behaviours
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
