Your Opportunity
We’re looking for an AI Solutions Advisor to play a pivotal role in shaping how AI is applied across our Asia Pacific region. Sitting at the intersection of business need and technical delivery, you will identify, define and guide AI opportunities from early idea through to scalable solution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across disciplines, combining business analysis, solution design, and delivery coordination, to ensure AI solutions are practical, governed, and impactful.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Shape and prioritise AI opportunities

Engage with project teams, service lines and bid teams to identify high-value AI use cases

Translate business challenges into clear problem statements and actionable use cases

Assess opportunities based on value, feasibility, scalability and reuse potential
Define the right solution approach

Determine the most appropriate delivery pathway, with a primary focus on Copilot Studio and Power Automate, and selective use of Microsoft Foundry or hybrid models where required

Develop high-level solution designs, including architecture, data and integration considerations

Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, governance and Responsible AI principles
Bridge the business needs and AI delivery

Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

Coordinate across low-code and pro-code delivery streams depending on complexity
-
Support solution progression from concept through to deployment and operational readiness

Work closely with technical and engineering teams, including offshore development teams , to deliver solutions aligned to architecture and standards
Drive consistency and scale

Promote reuse of components, patterns and agents to avoid one-off solutions

Contribute to standard methods, templates and best practices across APNA

Support the transition from pilots to repeatable, production-ready solutions
Enable safe and governed AI

Ensure alignment with application lifecycle management, information security and data governance requirements

Support architecture reviews and engagement with security and central teams

What we’re looking for
Experience
-
Experience in digital advisory, business analysis, or digital solution design
-
Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven solutions in an enterprise environment
-
Experience delivering solutions using low-code platforms such as Copilot Studio or Power Automate
-
Familiarity with development workflows and tools such as GitHub
-
Ability to work with engineering teams to integrate and deploy AI solutions, translating requirements into implementable designs
-
Experience working in distributed delivery environments, including collaboration with offshore development teams
-
Awareness of architecture, governance or application lifecycle management
-
(Desirable) Experience working across project delivery or bids in AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction), built environment or infrastructure sector
Skills

Ability to translate business needs into structured solution approaches

Understanding of when to apply low-code versus pro-code approaches in solution design
