Mott Macdonald Bentley are recruiting for a Electrical Engineer to join the Anglian Water @ONE Alliance on a permanent basis, based in the Peterborough area.

Have demonstratable experience as an Electrical Design Engineer or looking to take the next step in your career from a more hands-on Engineering role. With an Electrical background and a keenness to work in a multi disciplined team solving complex problems.

What will you be doing as our new Electrical Engineer?

As an Electrical Engineer within our diverse and inclusive Engineering team, you’ll provide Electrical Engineering technical input to projects in Anglian Water region.

Key responsibilities:

· Produce LV electrical installations and distribution systems particular specifications schedules, data sheets and drawings.

· Produce LV Assemblies particular specifications schedules, data sheets and drawings (i.e. MCC, LV Switchboards and Control Panels)

· Review LV electrical designs produced by framework contractors (i.e. electrical schematics, cable calculations and termination diagrams)

· Liaise with others on technical issues for example construction, operations, suppliers, utility companies.

· Specify and select instrumentation.

This is a Mott MacDonald Bentley role, employed by Mott MacDonald.
Mott MacDonald Bentley is a joint venture business, established in 1999 between civil engineering contractor JN Bentley and global management consultancy, Mott MacDonald.

Mott MacDonald Bentley offers fully integrated design and build services to its clients, combining the contracting expertise of JN Bentley and the design specialisms of Mott MacDonald.

This role is employed by Mott MacDonald but will involve working across the joint venture business, both with Mott MacDonald and JN Bentley colleagues.
