We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion. This role demands exceptional leadership, organisational skills, and a strong analytical mindset. You will be responsible for orchestrating project activities, facilitating critical discussions with stakeholders, and leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decisions and ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Many of the projects drive digitalisation within the CS&L function, therefore digtial mindset and competencies are key for role delivery.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them when needed

  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings

  • Lead budget management, resource planning and utilisation

  • Own relationships with the external vendors where applicable

  • Be competent in PowerBI and able to drive actionable insights from the reporting suite

  • Drive continuously improvement within the function

  • Have a digital mindset and act like an owner

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in project management

  • Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members

  • Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines

  • Natural ability to navigate data and facilitate discussion and decision from data-driven insights

  • Ability to connect project deliverables to broader business objectives and articulate strategic value

  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation for project delivery

  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions

  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making

  • Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners

  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving
