You will support the data provision via BI for the Supply Planning community providing the ability for them to execute & optimise their plans & provide additional data accuracy management, reports and analytical support for the business. You will partner with such stakeholders to understand key initiatives and business process changes and provide pertinent, timely, and actionable management information on a scheduled as well as ad-hoc basis.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Ensure APO batch jobs & KPW data extractions run according to plan to ensure BI end state reports are provided as required
  • If any failures, be responsible for alignment/escalations with service providers
  • Own & drive the accuracy of Reports in line with the changing organisation requirements regards, new visibility, new structures, divestitures, acquisitions
  • Drive small enhancement changes for improvements in BI Reporting Operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate & control any support tickets for the Supply Planning Suite in KPW
  • Control visibility, profiles & EOC requirements for Product Supply community
  • Participate in required data snapshots & target provision & loading for AC plans
  • Continually look for process optimisation through Reporting workload reduction, BOT assistance, & report presentation & Dashboard enhancements
  • Support the provision of required data &KPIs, via any design modifications and drive the use & adoption of such KPIs
  • Define, lead & communicate the performance data for relevant Product Supply metrics
  • Provide training and coaching to others on BI usage, reporting and performance metrics
  • Own KPIs & Tools standards documentation, audits and change management process
  • Be the point of contact, escalation and resolution for Planner generated fixes or improvements.
  • Drive people development
  • Link with Global tools such as Marco & IDC & act as Key User on such tools.
