E2E Aggregation Lead - S&OP (H/F/X)

Segment : Mars Wrigley

Type of contract : Permanent

Location : All Mars offices in Europe

The E2E S&OP Aggregation Lead supports the Senior E2E Aggregation Lead in the 4-18 period S&OP+ Process that drives strategic business planning and longer-term execution.

As an Aggregation Lead, they will support S&OP+ processes, facilitate the appropriate collation of S&OP and Strategy update information required to support the RSCMR Meeting.

What are we looking for?

  • BSc or BA in business, supply chain management, science and/or engineering. Master or advanced degree (sciences or business) preferred
  • 3-5 years of Sales and Operations Planning ( S&OP) experience for a CPG/FMCG company
  • 3-5years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • E2E understanding of Supply Chain management with experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP
  • Ability to present complex analysis in understandable forms to business stakeholders including the ability to articulate the needs of the business and the customers to supply chain stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure
  • Ability to listen to others and link to others’ ideas
  • Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Follows up on RSCMR inputs, outputs, communications, and actions into & from all regional S&OP+ forums ( IR, RMBR, RPMR) and TLT.
  • Links in all regional S&OP + outputs and escalations into RSCMR
  • Works closely with Strategic planning lead in liasing S&OP discussions.
  • Supports Aggregation leads in S&OP processes related to Demand and Supply.
  • Follows up on 4 -18 period RSCMR actions & updates related to regional activities like PIE activities, Cell meetings, ATG’s.
  • Contributes to the RSCMR escalation process
  • Assists Sr Aggregation lead with RSCMR S&OP + Process Creations and CI
  • Supports Sr End to End Aggregation Lead in preparing RSCMR yearly AEP process : RSCMR AEP submission, Replan in terms of volumes and KPI’s end to end – LCC, Inventory, CSL, Strategy RSCMR KPI’s, Production Plan, Demand Plan, Supply Financials Plan
  • Create a RSCMR KPI process and lead a periodic KPI meeting that feeds into RSCMR every cycle.
  • Ensures follow through on KPI deep dives and Red to Green inputs.
  • Is responsible to create KPI’s in line with Supply Strategy.
  • Overlooking RSCMR Supply and Demand Submission and is the gatekeeper in sharing aggregated data to S&OP + steps if needed.
  • Liases with Supply and Demand aggregation for RSCMR preparations.
  • Can act as a support or back up for the aggregation team when needed.
  • Facilitation of Business continuity structure in case of regional supply crises.
