You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

• ​Manage the customer collaboration agenda for the Italian fresh market
• Design and own joint business plans with customers with a strategic focused agenda, enhancing the digitalization journey.
• Improve value and service to customers and increase supply chain efficiency while offering accountability and transparency into customer performance
• Establish solid and strategic relationships with customers to achieve long-term cooperation and business partnerships.
• Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally
• Deliver the local action plan for CS&L Advantage score improvement, enhancing the order communication directly with customers
• Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
• Analyze, report and support necessary improvements in Route to market area (drop size, case pick, OTIF).

What You Will Bring

• ​Experience in CS&L functions, ideally with knowledge of customer supply chain management
• Able to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering timelines and KPI
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• SAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office
• Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills
• Team player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility
• Able to collaborate, influence and apply commercial awareness with an E2E approach

What you need to know about this position:

• The role requires daily interaction with customers and internal stakeholders – communication skills are essential
• The work is fast-paced and requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Data-driven decision making is a core part of the role – you should be comfortable working with numbers,reports and systems
• The role demands independent problem-solving skills, but also close collaboration with cross-functional teams

What extra ingredients you will bring:

• Knowledge of the Italian market—particularly regarding its fragmentation and distribution channels—is a plus.
• It is absolutely essential to be a native speaker or fluent in Italian, as you will need to interact daily with the sales team, customers and 3PL.
• Ability to build trustworthy and long-lasting customer relationships
• Natural curiosity and a genuine desire to understand the customer's business in depth
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and understandably
• Digital fluency – you adopt new tools and systems quickly
• Precision and conscientiousness combined with an agile way of working

We pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we support your career and development. In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer an annual salary starting from € 36.000 up to € 45.000 plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
