You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelez International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on marketing, and sales strategic decisions
  • Suggests and influences investment in customers, categories, brands, products according to category and channel need, and also in terms of net profitability and strategic growth. is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale
  • Follows up the competition's commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
  • Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets

More about this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Promo & PPA strategies across channels, aligned with RGM objectives.
  • Lead Gross to Net workstreams: identify leakage, optimize net revenue realization, and support implementation with customers.
  • Guide and influence the RGM team — coaching, aligning priorities, and driving cross-functional accountability.
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Trade Marketing, and Category Management on business planning.

Hard Skills

  • RGM & Commercial Experience: 7-10+ years in Revenue Growth Management or related commercial roles (Category Growth, Business Development Management, commercial analytics). Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end.
  • Strategy & Implementation: Track record in pricing, promo optimization, and PPA across multiple channels and customer segments.
  • Tools: Expert in Nielsen/Circana, Kantar, and Advanced Excel. Strong knowledge of BI tools (Power BI) highly valued; development of BI solutions/dashboards will be a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of FMCG, retail environments, trade terms, and PPA principles.

Gross to Net

  • Solid financial knowledge: P&L navigation, trade investment analysis, G2N waterfall decomposition.
  • Commercial knowledge for G2N implementation with customers: templates, commercial terms (fixed & variable), promotional and non-promotional investments.

Soft Skills

  • Leadership without authority — influence and mobilize teams without hierarchical power.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management at senior level.
