As Manager, Global Demand Growth Insights, you will serve as a key driver of consumer-centric growth by mining and combining multiple data sources (retail, consumer, market, demographic) to provide powerful, action-oriented recommendations. You will support and drive the deployment, adoption, and evolution of the Demand Spaces framework across global and local markets, transforming it from a strategic planning tool into a robust commercialization engine, while gathering best in class use cases to inspire the rest of the world.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Work closely with global and local business teams to establish the Consumer Frameworks foundation (Demand Spaces) and drive deployment across markets

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for markets throughout the Demand Spaces deployment process

  • Support the definition of methodological changes for the evolution of the methodology.

  • Establish demand spaces in new markets and provide continued support for existing ones

  • Create and expand new operationalization tools for Shopper and Customer teams, R&D and Innovation, Marketing and Strategy.

  • Build use cases for global inspiration

  • Champion the integration of demand space insights into business growth planning, innovation pipelines, brand positioning, and commercial activation

  • Design and facilitate dynamic workshops with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Sales, Category Management) to bring data to life

  • Develop compelling narratives and presentations that communicate demand insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional commercial teams

  • Provide a consumer-driven perspective for global strategic groups by partnering with key areas

  • Act as custodian of the demand spaces data ecosystem and dashboard tool, ensuring ongoing relevance, accessibility, and advanced functionality

  • Manage data democratization together with key users through data management platforms

  • Maximize the utility of available data sources via harmonizing, dashboarding, and visualization initiatives

  • Provide project management support for the Demand Spaces program, including stakeholder interviews, local/global project touchpoints, team workshops, topic-specific discussions, and dashboard training

  • Lead workstreams emerging from the Demand Space framework (e.g., Customer stories, Equity/Comms, Health & Wellness)

  • Manage relationships with external research and analysis partners, ensuring efficient project delivery within budget and high-quality outputs

  • Connect Demand Spaces to Mondelēz’s growth philosophy and identify growth opportunities

  • Integrate consumer trends (foresight + social listening) into the framework and growth projections

  • Identify key growth opportunities both on a global and a local level.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in consumer insights, market research, strategic planning, marketing, sales, consultancy, or business analytics within a global CPG company or leading research agency
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand spaces, demand-centric growth, consumer segmentation, or similar consumer-centric strategic frameworks
  • Proven experience managing complex global research programs from strategy through execution

Education

  • Strong academic background in marketing, analytics, economics, strategy, or business management
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including advanced analytics
  • Experience with data management and democratization platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools and dashboard technologies

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
