Junior Brand Manager

More about this role

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Required

• 1–2 years in a commercial role, ideally Marketing (ABM/JBM/BM) in FMCG. Strong candidates from adjacent functions (Category, Sales, Insights) with marketing aptitude will also be considered.
• P&L management and budget ownership experience.
• Innovation and/or project management experience —leading initiatives from insight to execution.
• Proficiency with data tools (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar)

Desirable

• Agency management and above-the-line (ATL) campaign experience
• Experience working in a complex matrix organisation .

Additional Details

• Role Status: We are proactively building a pipeline for future opportunities. While there is no open position at the moment, we welcome applications and will be in touch when relevant roles arise.
• Work Schedule: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Uxbridge office.
• Travel: Ad hoc travel may be required dependent on role and business need.
