You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst
• Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

Assistant Section Controller

Je speelt een sleutelrol binnen onze Finance organisatie. Onder begeleiding van de Finance Manager of Senior Section Manager zorg je voor een vlekkeloze verwerking van financiële transacties, een betrouwbare datastroom en nauwkeurige rapportering. Je werkt met oog voor detail en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit van onze financiële processen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze rol:

• Heb je een sleutelrol bij het beheren van proces orders van de lijn en de maandelijkse financiële afsluiting.
• Ondersteun je het financiële plannings- en performanceproces, inclusief forecasting, targetsetting, financiële analyses, rapportering en modellering. Je werkt binnen een duidelijk afgebakend domein zoals een regio, businessunit, land, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services of Corporate Finance.
• Zorg je voor correcte dataverzameling en grondige datacontroles, zodat beslissingen gebaseerd zijn op betrouwbare inzichten.
• Bouw je mee aan een sterke controle- en compliancecultuur en waak je over de naleving van interne beleidslijnen zoals onder andere de jaarlijkse stocktelling.
• Voer je ad‑hoc analyses en projecten uit op vraag van de Finance Manager of Senior Section controller
• Werk je mee aan optimalisatieprojecten die onze efficiëntie en manier van werken naar een hoger niveau tillen.
