Job Description

As a LSEG Account Manager Sell with Lead, you will have the opportunity to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with LSEG, as a growth catalyst across Capital Markets.

Open to internal candidates L63-64 with a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will give the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against a partnership account plan.

Responsibilities

Account Management – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer business outcomes are met. Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.

Customer Engagement – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s industry priorities and presents Microsoft solutions based on customer insights. In the context of LMP, work with Engineering teams, LSEG and Microsoft Sales teams to lead the outreach, engagement and communications on the LMP partnership including with Design Partner Program customers, and other customers in product previews, and their relevant account teams.

GTM execution and Co-selling – Partnering with the LSEG Customer lead and Microsoft Worldwide FSI Industry Advisors and Account teams to jointly execute sales into financial services customers. The Partnership is building compelling products and services and the joint selling of these products at scale is the main focus on this role. Core accountabilities include:

  • Sales Opportunity Creation and Execution: Create and close sales opportunities with FSI Industry Advisors and field teams for LMP sales
  • Create approaches to LMP pipeline management and reporting
  • Lead execution and continuous improvement of connecting sales infrastructure between Microsoft and LSEG
  • Create and close opportunities with Global ISV team to position LSEG Co-sell and Marketplace opportunities with FSI field teams
  • Collaborates with approved partners working together on territory planning and customer engagements.
  • Oversees the end-to-end execution of GTM across geographical regions.

The role will be a key contributor to LSEG AOU team, lead representing joint sales execution (‘Sell-With’).

The role will work in partnership with LSEG Business Strategy Manager to benefit from demand generation activities and new joint motions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Extensive experience selling cloud solutions to Enterprise customers and achieving target or equivalent experience

Extensive experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail), driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).

Financial Services experience desirable.
