Contract type: Fixed term until 15th November 2026

Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Experience & Events Team Leader to join our team!

As the Experience & Events Team Leader, you will lead and inspire a team of E&E Hosts to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional VIP standards. You will oversee recruitment, induction, and ongoing training to ensure strong team performance and appropriate staffing levels.

Acting as a competent VIP Duty Manager, you will support smooth day-to-day operations and provide hands-on assistance across experiences where required, ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.

You will also assist with new product development and implementation, while ensuring all administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and within required deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a jaw dropping experience to our Guests!

Due to the nature of this role candidates must be aged 18 and over.

A full UK driving licence is essential for the role.

Pay Range

GBP £12.58/Hr.
