This role blends hands-on retail leadership with Manager-on-Duty responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who’s proactive, patient, professional, and ready to adapt in a fun, ever-changing theme park environment 🎈✨

Qualifications & Experience

🛒 What You’ll Be Doing 🎯🐷

  • Serve as Supervisor on Duty multiple days per week, supporting attraction-wide operations

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of Retail Hosts to deliver outstanding guest service 😄

  • Delegate daily tasks and ensure smooth store operations during high-volume periods

  • Jump in on the floor whenever needed—stocking, cashiering, guest recovery, and problem-solving 💪

  • Coach, train, and develop team members to build confidence and consistency

  • Ensure visual standards, inventory controls, and profit protection practices are followed

  • Partner with leaders across departments to support a seamless guest experience

  • Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards at all times

🎓 Education & Experience 🎀

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience

  • Experience managing 5–10 direct reports

  • Retail, hospitality, or guest-facing leadership experience preferred

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred

  • Comfortable working with families and children in a fun, interactive environment
