At LEGOLAND® Florida Resort, every sign tells a story—and we’re looking for a creative builder to help bring those stories to life! As a Graphic Artist / Sign Fabricator, you’ll combine imagination, craftsmanship, and technical skill to design and create the visual elements that guide, delight, and immerse our guests in the ultimate LEGO® adventure.
From bold, colorful signage to themed environmental graphics, your work will help transform our parks and hotels into unforgettable worlds for families and LEGO® fans.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
🎨 Design & Creative Development
Create engaging signage and graphics aligned with LEGOLAND® brand standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring themed concepts to life
Prepare production-ready artwork using industry-standard design tools
Ensure consistency across all resort properties
🛠️ Fabrication & Installation
Fabricate and install signage using approved tools, materials, and equipment
Repair and maintain existing signage to keep it guest-ready
Safely operate fabrication tools and lifts
Ensure all installations are structurally sound and visually aligned
🔍 Quality Control & Maintenance
Inspect signage across the resort to ensure safety and quality
Repair or replace damaged graphics and materials
Maintain vibrant, legible, and secure visual elements
Manage inventory of materials and supplies
🤝 Collaboration & Support
Support seasonal events, new attractions, and resort expansions
Partner with teams across Marketing, Operations, and Technical Services
Contribute to creative theming initiatives across North America
Foster a fun, collaborative, and positive team environment
Qualifications & Experience
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years in graphic design, sign fabrication, or related creative field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s degree or technical certification (Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field) preferred
Equivalent experience will be considered
