Creative Technician

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends and bank holidays, some early and late shifts – rota will be discussed in more detail at interview)

Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid, £12.35 per hour

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Creative Technician to join our AWESOME Signage and Theming Team!

As a Creative Technician, you’ll help bring our world‑famous magic to life by designing, building, repairing and refreshing the theming that creates unforgettable guest moments. No two days are ever the same, and your creativity, craftsmanship and passion will help keep the Resort looking extraordinary.

In this hands‑on, fast‑paced role, you’ll be part of our Technical Services Creative team, working across the Resort to ensure every model, set piece and themed area looks its absolute best. From routine repairs to imaginative builds for seasonal events, you’ll play a key part in shaping the guest experience. If you love to make, create and problem‑solve, this is your stage to shine.

As a Creative Technician you will take on a variety of creative and practical tasks to keep our theming looking great and adhering to health and safety policies. Each week, you will work through maintenance and repair tasks across the Resort, ensuring everything looks fantastic and functions safely. You will also lend your creative flair to refresh guest areas, design new theming elements and help bring seasonal events to life.

Your role will take you all over the Resort, from the theme park to our AWESOME hotels, transporting themed elements, preparing displays and supporting wider Technical Services teams. You will maintain a safe working environment, keep our workshop in great condition and ensure equipment is looked after and logged correctly. Every day, you’ll help make the magic happen and your hard work will be the backdrop of each and every guests’ visit!

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a theming, carpentry or similar hands‑on creative role is essential
• Knowledge of safe working practices and experience with health and safety procedures / policies is essential
• Comfortable working in a varied environment in all weathers
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and the physical nature of this role
• Training or experience in safe use of hand tools
• Full driving licence is advantageous
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail
• Happy to work at height

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Creative Technician to join our AWESOME Signage and Theming team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.

Pay Range
