Responsibilities:

• 🌟 Bring the magic! Deliver enthusiastic, passionate guest service while living the Merlin Values every day.

• 🐠🎤 Lead fun, engaging talks and animal interaction sessions that wow guests of all ages.

• 🧼✨ Keep the aquarium sparkling clean and safe, including managing guest lines with care and positivity.

• 😊🤝 Create unforgettable experiences by actively engaging guests with boundless energy and top-tier customer service.

• 🕶️🔑 Support daily operations by running VR pods (18+), completing required screenings, and following opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 🎢 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!

• 😄 Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.

• 🗣️ Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.

• 🚀 Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.

• 📅 Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Pay Range

USD $15.00/Hr.
