About the Role

Do you love making people smile and turning moments into memories? At SEA LIFE Minnesota, our Retail Hosts bring the magic beyond the exhibits by helping guests find the perfect ocean-inspired keepsake. If you’re energetic, friendly, and love engaging with guests of all ages, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

🌊 Create splash-worthy guest experiences with upbeat, friendly service🛍️ Share product knowledge and help guests find the perfect souvenir💙 Support sales goals while keeping the fun front and center🚦 Manage lines smoothly and safely🧼 Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked🔑 Assist with opening and closing duties🦺 Follow all Health, Safety, and Security guidelines

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
