Job Description
What you'll bring to the team
Creative Producer
Location: London / Hybrid (2-3 days per week in our London Arbor office)
At Merlin Magic Making (MMM), we bring imagination to life through world‑class attractions and immersive destinations across the globe. As a Creative Producer, you will play a central role in shaping those experiences! Managing projects from early concept development all the way through to on‑site delivery. Your work will help ensure that every attraction we create is engaging, guest‑focused, and true to Merlin’s creative vision.
In this role, you’ll manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, keeping them on‑brand, on‑brief, on‑time, and on‑budget. You’ll partner closely with Project Management to develop schedules and keep milestones on track, while facilitating strong collaboration across Creative, Ops, Brand, Marketing, and external partners. Building strong communication channels will be key, especially as you work with multidisciplinary designers, suppliers, and global IP partners such as LEGO®.
You’ll also contribute directly to creative development, helping transform ambitious ideas into practical, deliverable experiences. Whether you’re supporting tender processes, shaping the guest journey, or helping direct onsite implementation, you’ll balance creativity with practicality. Throughout each project, you’ll play an active role in strategy, cost tracking, risk management, and continuous improvement, all while ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety expectations, and operational needs.
