What you'll bring to the team

Ready for a job where gliding rays, mischievous otters, and cheeky clownfish are part of the crew? Good – because we’re looking for brilliant people to join our Guest Experience team for the 2025 season!

At SEA LIFE Loch Lomond, you’ll be the face of the experience, helping guests dive headfirst into a world of shimmering scales, snapping pincers, and unforgettable moments. Whether you’re greeting visitors, manning the tills, or helping someone choose the perfect plushy pufferfish to take home – you’ll be at the heart of the action.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming guests with a big smile and a boatload of enthusiasm
• Running tills in Admissions, Retail or Food & Beverage like a total pro
• Helping guests find their perfect souvenir (did someone say shark socks?)
• Keeping your area sparkling clean and well-stocked throughout the day
• Following opening and closing procedures to keep everything running smoothly
• Living and breathing the Merlin values – bringing energy and excitement to every shift

These are seasonal, part-time positions, offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is needed as you will be working weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

• You love talking to people – guests, teammates, and even the occasional turtle
• You’re full of energy and ready to muck in wherever needed
• Experience in retail, admissions or hospitality is great, but not essential – we’ll teach you everything you need
• A natural communicator who’s cool under pressure and full of fun
• You’re available weekends and bank holidays – our sea creatures don’t take days off!
