What you'll bring to the team

Fancy helping us unleash over 1000 years of epic history, jaw-dropping spectacle and thrilling guest adventures from the moment they arrive? Join our team as an Admissions & Car Park Attendant and start your greatest adventure!

You’ll be the first face guests see when they roll up to the castle, and we want that first impression to be nothing short of legendary. From directing cars and coaches to coordinating with our shuttle driver, you’ll make sure every arrival is smooth, efficient and packed with energy.

You’ll bring charisma, confidence and a big smile to every shift. No two days are the same, you’ll be answering questions, solving problems, keeping our operation slick and giving a hearty Warwick Castle welcome to thousands of guests.

This role is all about:

• Delivering awe-inspiring guest service from the very first moment
• Directing traffic like a medieval mastermind
• Liaising with shuttle services to keep things moving
• Offering tips, directions and insider castle knowledge
• Keeping the car park and entrances safe, secure and sparkling
• Being a brand ambassador (yes, that includes smiling in the rain)

Flexibility is needed as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent people skills and a love of guest interaction
• A positive, confident attitude and able to stay calm under pressure
• Great communication skills and a proactive approach
• Physical stamina for working outdoors (come rain, shine or trebuchet fire)
• A sharp eye for safety, and pride in presentation
