Seasonal & Weekend Retail Assistant

Job Description

What you'll bring to the team

• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with energy and enthusiasm
• Confidence interacting with guests and creating memorable experiences
• Ability to work across multiple areas including retail shop floor, tills and bar
• A proactive approach to upselling products and meeting targets
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and merchandising
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be 18+ (due to serving alcohol)
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is desirable
• Comfortable handling cash and operating tills
• Confident serving alcohol and adhering to licensing requirements
• Basic understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage guests at all levels
