Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Partnerships Manager to join our team and support the management and growth of local and regional partnerships across our UK brand portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end (360°) delivery of multi-channel partnership activity, including promotions, sponsorships, and experiential activations. You will play a key role in driving partnership revenue, expanding marketing reach, and enhancing brand visibility, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns that are strategically aligned and results driven.

In this role, you will manage and develop partnerships across the UK portfolio, building strong relationships with key partners and identifying opportunities for growth and long-term value creation. You will support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across on-pack, digital, social, and press, collaborating with agencies and partners to deliver engaging activations such as competitions, media placements, and experiential activity that drive visitation and revenue.

You will also contribute to new business development through the creation of compelling partnership proposals and campaign concepts, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives. In addition, you will support compliance with legal and industry standards, assist with contract processes, and produce monthly performance reports by analysing data and identifying key insights and trends. Working closely with internal attraction teams, you will help interpret regional performance drivers and contribute to ongoing knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the wider partnerships function.
