Job Description
What you'll bring to the team
Ready to take ownership of a fast-moving logistics operation at some of London’s most exciting attractions? We’re recruiting for a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join our Southbank Attractions team.
Step into a role where you’ll keep everything moving behind the scenes, ensuring the right stock is in the right place, at the right time, every time. Supporting attractions including SEA LIFE London Aquarium, The London Dungeon and Shrek’s Adventure! London, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless commercial and guest experience.
You’ll lead the day-to-day logistics operation, managing stock flow across multiple sites while keeping standards high and operations running efficiently. From planning rotas and leading daily briefings to allocating tasks and supporting your team, you’ll create a well-organised, motivated environment where everyone knows their role and delivers at pace.
You’ll take ownership of stock control, overseeing the full order cycle to maximise availability, reduce loss and ensure best-selling products are always ready for guests. Using data and insight, you’ll monitor performance, identify trends and highlight opportunities to improve commercial results through smarter stock management.
Working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll act as the key link between logistics and operational teams across the attractions. You’ll support stock takes, produce regular performance reports and ensure logistics plays a central role in driving revenue and efficiency.
You’ll also manage the people side of the operation, planning rotas across weekdays and weekends, approving holidays and supporting absence management. Through clear communication and hands-on leadership, you’ll build a team that delivers consistently and takes pride in what they do.
This is a 6-month fixed-term role, working 35 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
