Scope of job: The primary role is to provide excellent customer service to all guests entering the attraction by providing them with knowledge about all the products the attraction has to offer through positive guest interactions. Seeking exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity. There are four areas of the business where the Guest Experience Host can be assigned: Admissions, Retail, Guest Experience, and Food and Beverage (Café). This is what we do every day. Qualifications & Experience

Guest Experience Host:

• Demonstrate a passion for excellent guest service.

• Have a working knowledge on all exhibits to deliver proper/correct information.

• Operate the rides.

• Usher and guides guests through attraction.

• Guide guests to build imaginative LEGO creations.

• Teach kids the importance of play

• Interact with guests as a Costume Character or Character Assistant

• Be “Guest Obsessed” and provide exemplary customer service.

• Have fun!
