  • Conduct daily inspections of attraction facilities and ensure any remedial works are actioned promptly.
  • Support the upkeep, protection and longevity of all attraction assets, facilities and building infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders through the maintenance management system.
  • Work closely with the Technical Manager and wider technical team to prioritise workloads and support operational needs.
  • Assist with Audio Visual systems, attraction technology and 4D cinema maintenance when required.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, effectively and in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to support maintenance activities and parts procurement.
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive, safe and engaging environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) related discipline.
  • Previous experience within a maintenance, building services, facilities or engineering environment.
  • Experience carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Audio Visual (AV) experience or exposure to technical show systems.
  • The ability and confidence to work at height safely.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and fault-finding.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and develop new technical skills.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety and safe working practices.
  • The flexibility to support the operational needs of a busy visitor attraction.

If you're a practical, technically minded maintenance professional who's keen to learn, develop and help create unforgettable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
