What you'll bring to the team
💥 What You’ll Do
- Lead the admissions team in creating and modeling awesome first impressions for all guests
- Drive and monitor upselling opportunities
- Motivate admissions team and celebrate success through incentive-based performance and guest satisfaction
- Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
- Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
- Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
- Help train and motivate team members
- Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
- Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
The ideal candidate is open to a flexible schedule, typically works a 5 day, 40hr week and is available to work weekends and holidays as well. This is what we do every day.
