Locations : Haguenau (Grand Est, 25 minutes from Strasbourg), Aimargues (Occitanie, near Montpellier), or Paris ; hybrid working model. (50% in the office)

Type of contract : CDD (3 to 6 months)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can confidently lead end-to-end recruitment processes, influence stakeholders, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as the key expert for all recruitment activities across your assigned scope. You will manage both internal and external hiring processes from start to finish, acting as a strategic advisor who understands how talent decisions drive business performance.

  • You bring proven Talent Acquisition expertise from agency and/or corporate environments.

  • You confidently own full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior roles in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

  • You manage stakeholders with ease, challenge constructively, and influence decisions with credibility.

  • You excel in sourcing, leveraging diverse channels and direct search to attract high-quality, diverse talent.

  • You operate with autonomy, while actively contributing to team collaboration and shared goals.

  • You communicate clearly and effectively in both English and French, with strong written and oral communication skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for your dedicated business area, ensuring smooth and high-quality delivery at every step.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define the key capabilities needed, and build effective strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management, using our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).

  • Act as a true Mars ambassador, representing our values, culture, and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (quality, time, and efficiency) to continuously improve outcomes.

  • Use Talent Acquisition tools and systems effectively to ensure consistency with global recruitment standards and support the team’s performance objectives.
