Job Summary

As a Recruitment Business Partner at Airbus Helicopters SAS, you will be responsible for strategically partnering with business leaders to attract, acquire, and onboard top talent, ensuring our workforce meets the evolving needs of our innovative and dynamic organization.

Job Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with hiring managers across Engineering departments (ET) to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
* Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including professional networks and online platforms.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, policies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment legislation and internal Airbus Helicopters policies.
* Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives as required.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* experience (5+ years) in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably within a large, complex organization.
* Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment tools.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
* Advanced English level (written and spoken) is highly desirable due to the international nature of the company.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* A proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
