What will be your key responsibilities?

VCO Strategy Translation, Program Governance and Execution Enablement

  • Partner with Global VCO leaders to break down the VCO strategy into programs, projects, and initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Partner with Global VCO leaders to define clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for each initiative, aligned to strategic goals.

  • Ensure all global VCO projects have a direct line of sight to priority focus areas: Customer Experience, Agile Network, and Sustainability.

  • Own and plan the quarterly Global VCO Connect Townhalls with support from GVCO leaders.

  • Maintain GVCO Strategic Abandonment initiatives, tracking dependencies, risks, and resource needs.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to bring the VCO strategy to life.

  • Support VCO leaders in executing the AEP and IVCP processes smoothly.

VCO Period Meeting Management

  • Partner with VCO leaders to plan agendas for period meetings.

  • Ensure invitations are sent and topics are properly managed.

  • Capture and track all key decisions and follow up actions.

  • Hold VCO leaders accountable to agreed meeting protocols.

Global VCO Talent Strategy Support (10 - 15 % workload)

  • Develop and publish the periodic Global VCO Human Capital Report to provide VCO leaders with data-driven talent insights for action.

  • Manage governance and control of Global VCO headcount data.

  • Lead the Mars Responsible Workplace Program for Global VCO, providing quarterly and ad-hoc updates to improve compliance with Mars standards.

  • Support GVCO and Global Function succession planning, ensuring agreed actions are tracked and delivered.

  • Manage the periodic VCO Talent Connection, ensuring key associates engage with global leaders and receive formal feedback.

What are we looking for?

Master’s Degree in Business or Technical Field 5 years of experience in Manufacturing 5 years of projects management or business experience

Experience in prescription models is a significant addition

Experience in business leadership and business transformation
