This media leader will be responsible for developing and managing the executional comms plans across paid and owned media, content & data with the objective of implementing the cluster's data-driven One Mars ICP connection plans - ranging from brand awareness through to engagement and conversion.
What are we looking for?
- Marketing/ Advertising Qualification to a degree level or equivalent experience
- Media agency or relevant experience in-house at client a must (8+yrs)
- Great written and verbal communication
- Previous media/creative/ marketing leadership experience
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Using the regional annual comms strategies, develop the annual brand media (PESO) executional plans to be aligned with the regional cell/ media teams & signed off by France
- Brand Champion for 1 priority brand – support the regional brand team as the ‘media’ expert providing local insights for campaign builds, enabling better connection between insights, content & media choices
- Develop culturally relevant executional comms plans ensuring the latest media & tech landscape learnings are considered. Champion ‘Fit for Platform’ content for the plan - this includes supporting the global/ regional team on capability building through content test&learn.
- Member of European Regional Media Team (MCF), Global Media Team (MAT) supporting development and deploying best practise/ Test&Learn.
- Owns the execution of the in-year comms (PESO) execution plan with the agency team; supported by the cluster portfolio teams.
- Drive ROI of media and responsible for managing the full A&CP budget & process cycle.
- Provide France cluster direction and strategic input to the social media team.
- Primary France Cluster contact for Publicis relationship.
- Part of the cluster marketing leadership team, leading the function’s agenda.
- Drive visibility on advertising legislation changes in the cluster and evolving compliant communications plans.
- Develop engagement and clarity of the total Strategic Demand function as part of the Strategic Demand Management Team (SDMT)
