Supply Excellence Manager (Continuous Improvement Manager)

Location: Poznań

As a Supply Excellence Manager, you will lead the deployment and management of the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program at the site, driving lean and TPM culture to enhance factory performance. You will be a key member of the Plant Management Team, responsible for embedding best practices, engaging associates, and ensuring successful delivery of supply excellence initiatives.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Develop and implement the MSE site plan in alignment with the global roadmap, serving as the local expert on relevant tools and approaches.

  • Create a comprehensive vision for the implementation and optimal use of the MSE infrastructure, ensuring it supports both current and future business needs at the site.

  • Coordinate MSE pillars and activities, translating priorities into tangible programs and ensuring integration of MSE principles across all projects.

  • Implement the local MSE governance system.

  • Foster MSE culture by engaging associates, leading communication efforts, and coaching site leaders.

  • Support the regional MSE community by sharing site insights, ensuring compliance with standards, and integrating maturity assessments.

  • Establish and oversee the technical and functional training strategy for supply, ensuring the availability of tools and effective delivery of trainings. This includes functional trainings on tools used by each MSE pillar, as well as capability-building trainings that enhances skills necessary for effective collaboration and performance within the MSE pillars.

  • Be a key member of the Plant Management Team and represent the MSE program for the site, supported by the regional Supply Excellence team.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree with at least 5 years’ experience (preferably in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain or related fields)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role, leading a team in a similar position.

  • Prior experience with lean tools and TPM program management.

  • Strong skills in project management, analytical thinking, coaching, and change management.

  • Experience in leading step change initiatives and best practice rollouts is preferred.

  • Ability to deliver consistent results, build collaborative relationships, and lead through ambiguity.

  • Lean Six sigma certification (Green, Black belt Certified) other continuous improvement certifications are highly valued.

  • Proficiency in English and Polish.
