Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be the key liaison between both our internal and external customer enquiries, assist with order placement, changes, returns and cancellations.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to consumer enquiries/feedback in professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain communication and closure of incidents to business and consumer/ customer satisfaction.

• Processing promotional and pricing claims.

• Order processing.

• Liaise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, freight and warehouse suppliers.

• Generate Reports and analyse trends associated with contact data.

• Builds sound business relationships internally and externally through service responsiveness and applying customer and promotional knowledge.

• Reporting hazards and accidents through the appropriate reporting methods.

Your unique ingredients:

• Experience working in a Customer Service or Supply Chain environment.

• Data entry speed and accuracy.

• Strong diligence, professional manner, excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Ability to multitask and problem solve.
