Strategic Revenue Management drives maximizing revenue and profitability in the organization by analyzing market, pricing, and consumer data to recommend effective pricing and promotional strategies. This position bridges finance, sales, and marketing perspectives to support data-driven business decisions and enhance the organization’s commercial effectiveness.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Co-creation and implementation of local revenue management strategy focusing on strategic pricing, promotions, product and customer mix, and trade investment optimization to drive sustainable revenue and profit growth for the company.

• Analysis of sales data to generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Portfolio Management teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategies, market performance, and financial objectives.

• Evaluation of promotional effectiveness by measuring key performance indicators such as incremental sales, ROI, market share, and P&L impact, providing recommendations to enhance investment efficiency.

• Developing and maintaining analytical tools and reporting systems, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in data-driven revenue management processes.

• Contributing to knowledge building and future strategy development through insights generation, post-event evaluations, and identification of key opportunities to boost revenue & profit growth.

• Communicating insights and recommendations effectively by presenting complex analyses in a clear, engaging, and persuasive way to influence and align key stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• 2 + years of experience as SRM Specialist/Business Analyst or similar function in FMCG (or related industry).

• University degree in economy, business, finance & accounting, marketing, engineering.

• Microsoft Excel (at least intermediate level).

• Power Bi, Power Query (nice to have).

• Polish and English is a must.
