We are seeking a strategic leader for the CCA SRM Manager role responsible for driving profitable growth through pricing management, trade investment, and trade architecture in the local market.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead portfolio pricing strategy and price-value plans to maximize profitability and volume, collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams.

  • Co-pilot trade investment strategy with Sales Leadership, ensuring alignment with growth and profit objectives.

  • Manage trade investment budgets, monitor trade spend effectiveness, and oversee promotions, incentives, and trade costs.

  • Design innovative trade architecture to enhance customer centricity and trade investment productivity, partnering with Demand, Supply, and Finance.

  • Lead execution of pricing plans by channel and segment, ensuring competitiveness and goal achievement.

  • Analyze internal and external data to identify pricing and trade investment opportunities.

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth implementation of strategies.

  • Monitor and report critical KPIs related to pricing, investment, and profitability, recommending corrective actions.

  • Drive operational excellence in pricing and trade investment processes, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Support business growth by managing an annual trade investment budget of and contributing to NSV.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven ability to analyze internal and external data sources, extract actionable insights, and make strategic recommendations.

  • Successful track record of turning strategies into action and delivering measurable results, including presenting to senior leaders.

  • Deep functional expertise in pricing strategy—understanding the impact of price-value decisions across Consumer, Customer, Competitor, and Company.

  • Hands-on experience in pricing analysis, including market monitoring, scenario planning, and optimizing profit and growth levers.

  • Strong grasp of investment strategy, understanding how trade investment decisions affect the P&L and customer outcomes.

  • Direct experience in investment analysis, building models, scenario planning, and making clear recommendations to maximize margins and profit pools.

  • Advanced financial acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and organizational agility.

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proactive attitude to challenge the status quo and foster innovation.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities—able to manage, develop, and inspire teams to achieve high performance.

  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organization, driving collaboration and talent development.
