Job Description:
As a project Project Engineer, you will be responsible for fundamental executional activities of projects. Acting as a Project Engineer, you will be an active member of the Central Engineering community, the local engineering team, and project team(s) currently assigned. What is more, as a Project Engineer you will be responsible for deploying his/her engineering know-how to successfully support the execution of projects to the business that deliver a sustained technical competitive advantage.
What are we looking for?
3-7 years’ experience in a comparable technical position desirable - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry considered a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Electrical, or Mechanical.
Basic understanding of engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction or Computer Services are considered a plus.
Good communication, listening and influencing skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Leading and planning of assigned Small minor projects
Carrying out feasibility studies for new technical innovations
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Manage project budget with 100% adherence to forecast. Early communication with site CAB manager for any changes.
Follow Mars projects management system (EWP), as the main tool to achieve projects’ success
Complete and share full project documents with the relevant team
Applying Mars standards in full
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Monitor and report the progress of the project to all stakeholders
Responsible for maintaining the site’s assets health, through regular health checks, and clear obsolesce plan
Managing multiple activities while delivering safe, secure and environmentally responsible results.
