What are we looking for?

  • Strong Data Platform technical background
  • Strong functional knowledge in Supply, Demand, or Finance areas is a MUST
  • Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
  • Manages Complexity: Analyzes multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions
  • Curious and capable to research and rapidly learn new technical skills
  • Strong on play “what if” scenarios and bringing others to understand those scenarios
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to assess functional needs, design solutions and assist in the identification of data information needs
  • Develop and enforce policies around Data Quality, Data Security, Data Retention, and Data Stewardship and identify project impacts
  • Collaborate with business users, Transformational programs, Segment Digital Technologies team, Finance team, Enterprise Architect team, Operation Excellence team, Infrastructure team, IT Operation team, and other application functional teams to streamline the new process for data platforms and improve the data platforms’ governance
  • Assess data & analytics solutions and platforms on their compliance with overall architecture design. Provide guidance, direction, and authorization to the project team to architect solution & platform with the end-to-end pipeline to ensure the standard and best practices are followed
  • Maintain the end-to-end vision of the data flow diagram and develop logical data models; Maintain the data and analytics solution portfolio in the certain functional area
  • Provide functional management to Data Senior Analysts in different Application Business Capability Function areas
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture/Transformational programs/Projects to identify and assess new technologies on design/development/deployment/Support
  • Work closely with the New Tech Product Manager to plan proper involvement and transition from this technology to the Application team
