Job Description:
This will be a global role that will be responsible for developing and executing a new program to measure and enforce compliance for Mars critical strategic partners. As the face of security, this individual will need to be comfortable navigating all levels of the organization and interacting with Mars partner executives.
The person responsible will need to be able to work through ambiguity and work autonomously to establish the program. Stakeholder management and peer relationships will be a critical skill in addition to in-depth technical knowledge of security controls, audit, and compliance.
The success of this program will rely on this individual’s ability to influence and motivate internal and external partners. Onsite assessments will be required to establish and maintain the relationship with Mars strategic partners.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with testing security control effectiveness.
- Experience with strategic partner management.
- Experience with negotiating security language in Master Services Agreement.
- Experience conducting third party risk assessments.
- Experience reviewing logs for systems during investigations.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Develop and mature the program.
- Establish alignment with leaders and stakeholders.
- Comfortable handling escalations in non-compliance cases.
- Work autonomously and globally to build network and navigate the organization at all levels.
- Influence strategic partners and stakeholders during difficult cases to align security postures to Mars standards.
