SEA Process Development Engineer

What You’ll Do

As our SEA Process Development Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead Process Development – Drive end-to-end development of dry manufacturing processes, defining process design, key process parameters, and specifications for new recipes, raw materials, processing lines, equipment, and global processing technologies.
• Drive Process Optimization – Support process efficiency, cost reduction, capacity improvement, and manufacturing troubleshooting to enhance operational performance and competitiveness.
• Execute Product & Technology Implementation – Lead processing trials, line commissioning, validation, and vertical start-up activities for new products, alternative raw materials, sustainability initiatives, and capital investment projects.
• Collaborate Across Functions – Partner with regional and global R&D teams, Operations, Engineering, Q&FS, Packaging, Commercial teams, and equipment suppliers to deliver robust, compliant, and scalable manufacturing solutions.
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Relevant Experience – Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process design, process validation, continuous improvement, and technical problem-solving within food or pet food manufacturing.
• Key Skills – Excellent project management, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across regional and global teams.
• Soft Skills – A proactive, self-driven professional with high learning agility, curiosity, resilience, positive attitude, and strong written and spoken English skills.
• Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in dry product technologies (especially extrusion) and manufacturing process development.
